I cancel my dental procedure and got a refund from this place. They haven’t cancel my account with Sunbit and now it’s been over 30 days and this account is reporting to credit bureau as late payment. I’ve called 4 times and keep getting told a manager will call me back and it’s been a month now since i first called for them to simply send my cancellation information in to sunbit! I will be looking into legal actions being this have now affected my credit . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust this place! I’ll be posting more info as i get this handle legally!!!

Then there’s Daylen Galvez, my oral hygienist absolutely phenomenal. Daylen is thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything she was doing, gave me practical tips to improve my oral health at home, and made what can be an uncomfortable experience feel completely comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being, not just their teeth. This team is a rare gem. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’re treated like family and receive top-tier care from start to finish, look no further. Yaisy and Daylen are the gold standard — five stars isn’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved the way they treated me, detailed explanations were given and very helpful suggestions for the process that I’m about to startup. Amazing office with very kind staff. They are patient and knowledgeable and they will listen to your every need. They will get the work done the way that you want and if it doesn’t come out perfectly, all you have to do is let them know and they will make that adjustment. I got my bonding fixed here, but I wasn’t pleased with it at first so the dentist redid it and it came out perfectly. Left picture was before I came in the office with a cracked bonding and right picture is the new bonding. With my nice smile I feel like the beautiful confident woman I am. Thank you

I had an incredible experience during my first visit. Everything was quite simple, from the paperwork process to the care received. I am very grateful. Claudia, my hygienist, was very pleasant and talkative. One important thing about this clinic is that they tell you exactly what you have and do not invent problems or treatments you don't need.
